An intriguing classic. Tuocha literally means bowl tea and is produced in China in the Yunnan Province. This quality traditional pu-erh is compressed into the classic bowl shape. The hollowed out back allows the tea to dry and makes the cake easier to break or crumble. It will give you a soothing yet robust flavour with sweet earthy nuances. One Toucha per mug. Add fresh, boiling water and brew for five to ten minutes according to taste.
